III. Discipline and Requirements 1. During the conference, all participants shall not be absent of any session or any other group activity without cause or reason and shall not be late for each session; 2. During the conference, please set your mobile phone in “vibration” or “mute” mode. Please don’t smoke or answer the telephone in conference venue; 3. When the conference is going on, please don’t talk loudly with each other and walk here and there in the conference venue. If the participant has any questions, please write them down on a slip of paper and send it to working personnel for reply; 4. Please well keep your own belongings. Valuables shall be taken along with you so as to avoid losing them. Ⅳ. Warm Tips 1. During the period of the conference, all the participants shall keep your mobile phone on and available; 2. Please don’t take too many belongings to the conference venue so as to avoid losing them. You can deposit them in the hotel; 3. The conference fees include hotel and food cost the dinner on 16th , the lunch on 17th , the dinner on 17th , the lunch on 18th and the dinner on 18th , the half-day tour cost on 18th Jan., fruit dish, wide band cost in hotel room, cutive lounge fee.
